The ask
For many small businesses, their products are only as good as their packaging. That’s why in 2021, Vista introduced a new line of flexible packaging that’s equal parts practical, convenient, and yes, eye-catching.
The goal
Help small business owners understand the value of a fully designed package. Sure, our new flexible packages keep products fresh, protected, and sealed (thanks to handy resealing zippers). But they can be completely branded for any business, too. That means creating branded moments on shelves, in online shopping carts, or even out in the world.
The solution
We unveiled our new flexible packaging to small business owners in North America and Europe with an email campaign. As the lead copywriter, I spearheaded the strategic talking points that would introduce our customers to this new product.

The flexible packaging campaign also presented new opportunities. Firstly, to make small business owners “feel big” by
transforming their packaging into a fully branded experience. But also, to encourage them to work with Vista through Vista’s design service, 99designs, on their packaging look.
